HOME SELLERS - HOW WILL POTENTIAL BUYERS LOOK AT MY HOME?

It is extrememly important for a home to make the best possible first impression on all prospective buyers. The following items will create problems with potentential buyers:

* All clutter - remove as soon as poosible!!!!

* Lawn needs mowing and edging.

* Peeling paint anywhere on the home.

* Grease or oil spots on the driveway.

* Dead plants and dying plants and/ or grass that is not green.

* Untrimmed hedges and shrubs.

* Worn carpets and drapes including carpeting with spots.

* Dirty windows, kitchens and baths. Dirt turns everyone off!!

* Pet and smoking odor. These days only 15 % or lower of potential buyers smoke but most smoke outside when they are home.

* Peeling paint, smudges or marks on the wall or ceiling.

* Water marks on the ceiling from anything that leaked.

I believe a small amount of time and money can cure these types problems and remove distractions potential buyers will have with your home. Call me as I am a Certified Home Marketing Specialist and my team leader is an Expert Home Stager and we will give you seevral ideas of problem needing correction  before you list your home.
